Notice at Collection.

This notice is available to you as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended, including by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 and its implementing regulations (collectively, “CCPA”). Calendly may collect your personal information as you navigate our website, sign-up for email communications, sign up for a Calendly product or request support via our Help Center. Calendly will not sell the personal information we collect. However, subject to your preferences, we may share certain information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising as indicated below which may constitute a “sale” as that term is defined in the CCPA.
